SODIP Ltd aims at constantly improving its services and customer satisfaction through a reinforcement of production processes, by providing cost-effective services, minimizing any possibilities of delays in the execution of tasks, putting in place a solid basis for encouraging improved internal procedures and a better capacity to reach its strategic objectives, and also through an evaluation of the quality management system on the basis of legal requirements and industrial or international standards.
The competitive market situation nowadays requires not also quality services, but also quality in the manner of providing support to customers. To cater for all these needs, our services are carried out in strict compliance of the requirements for each activity sector. The inspection and maintenance of survival rafts, of extinguishers and neutral breathing machines are done in conformity with the SOLAS regulations.
- SODIP Ltd always carries out its inspection activities en lifting, and its non destructive control following the ASNT (ISO 9712) regulations.
- SODIP has put in place a proactive quality assurance system that takes responsibility in personnel training, in order to turn them into high-level professionals.
All these internal arrangements and the commitment of SODIP SARL to improve the quality of services to its customers have been recognized as in full compliance with the requirement of ISO 9001 :2008 standard, and approved in 2012 by SGS, an approving organization.
That certification project did mobilize our entire staff around our ideal, which is to constantly seek the conformity of services rendered to the customer as well as the continuous improvement of our activities.
